Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is any delay in processing, we will contact you.


Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2–5 business days
  • Azores and Madeira: 5–10 business days
  • European Union: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, high-volume periods, etc.).


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the weight/volume of the order.

Free shipping campaigns, when applicable, will be announced on the website.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (when available).
You can follow the delivery status through the provided link.


Incorrect Addresses or Returned Orders
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Customs Duties and Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or additional taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control or take responsibility for any customs charges.


Items Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the product and packaging.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
