Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Period
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition in which it was received
- Show no signs of use
- Include the original tags
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return it.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The same return conditions apply: unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued automatically using the original payment method
- The processing time is up to 10 business days
- Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund
